HONOR 90 Launched in India With 200MP Camera, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 AE SoC

Today, Honor has finally made a comeback in India with its HONOR 90 smartphone after a gap of 3 years, and we were quite excited about it. This phone has been launched in two variants and will be available for purchase on Amazon.

HONOR 90 Details:

The HONOR 90 comes with a sleek and slim design with smooth and rounded edges, which is quite eye-catching. It features a 6.7-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1200×2664 pixels, 1600 nits of peak brightness, a center punch-hole cutout, 120Hz refresh rate, and support for 3840Hz PWM dimming.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Accelerated Edition SoC, coupled with an Adreno 644 GPU. It comes with 8GB and 12GB of RAM options and internal storage options of 256GB and 512GB. The phone also supports up to 7GB of additional virtual RAM. It runs on MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13, providing a clean interface, and the company has promised 2 years of software updates and 3 years of security updates.

The phone features a triple camera setup, including a 200-megapixel main camera with an f/1.9 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The main camera can record 4K videos. The front camera is 50 megapixels with an f/2.4 aperture and also supports 4K video recording. While the phone lacks OIS, both the front and rear cameras support EIS.

The phone is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. However, it’s worth noting that the charger is not included in the box, so you’ll need to purchase it separately.

The phone is available in two variants, with the starting price of ₹37,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, and the 12GB + 512GB variant is available for ₹39,999. However, there is an introductory launch offer that allows you to get a discount of ₹10,000. This means you can purchase the base variant for ₹27,999 and the top variant for ₹29,999. The first sale of the phone will begin on September 18th at 12:00 PM on Amazon.
